Turning Point Tip - Lunch with Love

Making School Lunches

If making school lunches is not one of your most favorite things to do (I know it was not mine),  I’d like to propose a shift in your mindset and here’s how you do it!

Recipe to make your child’s lunch with LOVE.

1 C Visualizing Your Children At School
1 T Setting Your Intention

Close your eyes, take a deep breathe and think about your children at school while they are not in your presence.  Then think about the intention of fueling their body and soul with nourishing well balanced food so they can make it through their day with ease.  Viola, a lunch made with love! For dessert – write them a Lunchbox Affirmation.  For example, I have many gifts & talents.  Give it a try!

Comment below and let me know how it goes.

I used to love making lunches for my kids. Then, to be honest, I found it getting more and more cumbersome as the complaints rolled in. They didn’t like anything I put in there, and I found myself getting angry making lunches! Not a great way to start the day. This simple little visualization helps. Thanks!
